Shipping and Returns



  • Currently we accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States.
  • Original works of art are shipped and packaged via USPS.
  • Printed merchandise is shipped via USPS.
  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
  • Prints are shipped from southern California.
  • Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number.
  • If an option is not currently available for your international order, please contact us with your shipping address and we will set it up for you.

Damage During Shipping

  • In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper’s inspection.
  • The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Audra Esch.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.


No Returns for Print Orders

  • Please note, all prints and accessories are specially created to order just for you.
  • Therefore, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges of original works of art are welcome if they are:

  • Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Arrive in the same exact condition as when they left.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • If originals arrive after 7 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit and you must pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
  • Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
